Group Visit Request

For groups of 5 students or more associated with a school or organization, Truman offers groups visits. Our Admissions presentation, campus tour, and other requested activities aim to provide your group with valuable information about college and the Truman community.

We offer two different tour times, please review the schedules below and book which time slot works best for your group.

10:30 AM Itinerary:

10:30 AM - Arrival and Check In

10:45 AM - Admissions Presentation

11:30 AM - Campus Tour

12:30 PM - Departure

1:30 PM Itinerary:

1:30 PM - Arrival and Check In

1:45 PM - Admissions Presentation

2:30 PM - Campus Tour

3:30 PM - Departure

Please be sure to complete this Group Visit Request Form at least two weeks prior to your requested visit date. After you submit the Group Visit Request Form, the Office of Admission will contact you to discuss the details of your request. Group Visit Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the chaperones to attend all sessions with their students including the campus tour.
If at any time during the campus visit the group is deemed unruly or unmanageable, the presentation and/or tour will end.
Cancellation of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
Notify the Office of Admission if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need to be adjusted or canceled for groups arriving more than 15 minutes later than anticipated.
